The 2GIG LTE Cell Radio Module is a snap-in, cellular radio module that provides the 2GIG Control Panel with the ability to send and receive two (2) -way voice communications with the Central Station monitoring the security system. It is designed for use with two (2) External Cellular Antennas which provides a consistently strong signal
for communications.

  • Panel firmware version 1.19.4 is required for the 4G/LTE module to work with your system. If your panel’s firmware version is lower than 1.19.4 you can order a 2GIG updater tool from us and then return it for a full refund after you upgraded your panel. If your panel’s version is lower than 1.10 please contact our support team.
