2GIG GO!CONTROL (GC2 or GC3)

The serial number can be found on the module packaging, on the module, or in system programming under "Radio Status".
 
If there is only an IMEI sticker, then the serial number is printed following "IMEI". If there is a sticker listing three numbers, the serial number is printed on the cellular module following "ADC".
 
 
 
 

On the 2GIG Go!Control panel, the Alarm.com Serial Number will either be labeled as the IMEI or ADC number.

 

Concord Module

On the Concord 4 panel, the Alarm.com Serial Number will be labeled as the SN number.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The serial number can be found on the module packaging or on the module. If sensor 96 is not learned in, after doing a manual phone test, the text for sensor 96 will display the serial number.

Impassa Module

On the DSC Impassa panel, the Alarm.com Serial Number will be labeled as the SN or IMEI number.

The serial number can be found on the module inside the panel, on the panel packaging, and on the back of the panel. It can also be displayed on the panel screen by holding down the '1' key for 10 seconds.
The serial number follows "SN".
